Upload slides to the organisers’ cloud folder and check your speaking slot.

Required materials

Presentation draft

Prepare substantive slides with examples and conclusions for your curator.

Speaker profile

Check your name, photograph, company, country and city before programme publication.

Scheduling constraints

Tell the organisers in advance when you cannot present.

Workshop materials

Specify room, equipment, handout and attendee preparation requirements.

Final presentation

Upload the agreed file to the organisers’ folder by the calendar deadline.

Title and abstract

Agree the final wording before printed materials are prepared.

Participation

One speaker of an accepted or reserve talk attends both days free. Travel and accommodation are self-funded. Two colleagues may receive a 15% discount by arrangement. Missed deadlines may lead to removal.

Reserve and withdrawal

Reserve speakers attend both days ready to present. Rejected submissions qualify for the price at submission; voluntary withdrawal uses the current price.
